Copper Rill Restaurant

My mother has recently been battling some health issues which brought us out to specialists in Idaho Falls. She was hoping to find a nice, unique, restaurant to visit to take her mind off of her worries…a place that was both refined, comforting, and all around special. What we found at the Copper Rill was a beautiful, classy place with the friendliest, most professional and sincere staff, dishes that were absolutely unique, top- notch, and perfectly done, perfectly seasoned, and 100% heavenly. The ambience is so classy, with soft lighting and quiet, steady conversation encouraged by our kind and very attentive server, Mike. He never missed a beat making sure our waters were filled, the dishes were removed after each course, and that our utensils were replaced with new ones before we began the next course…..even inquiring after the first few bites of each dish as to how we were enjoying ourselves. Even more importantly, we never felt rushed, and the quiet music in the background and clean, modern decor was just the thing to calm frazzled nerves. We were even approached by whom I believe to be the owner/manager, and asked if everything was up to our expectations. After all that my mother has been enduring with her health, the Copper Rill was every bit the unique and memorable experience we had been needing to help take our minds off the cares of our current reality. This restaurant is truly a wonder, and the epitome of attention to detail. I would 100% recommend you give it a try. You will not be disappointed!!!

My Wife and I came here for our anniversary. We both really enjoyed our food. The service here is amazing, both our server and the manager were very attentive during our meal. I got the bone-in pork ribeye, and it is hands down the best pork I’ve eaten. My wife got the chicken Wellington, and she loved it. The desert was also very tasty, would 100% recommend eating here anytime. They killed it!

Copper Rill Restaurant is our new #1 Idaho Falls Pick! Absolutely amazing fine dining service, fine dining food and ambience with exceptionally reasonable prices!! can’t wait to go back to try everything else on their menu it was so hard to choose!! They made my sister‘s birthday so incredibly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The food was delicious, I loved how the waitress training in another was super supportive still making sure the service was amazing. The atmosphere is lovely. Very accommodating with food allergy adjustments also. I’m definitely enjoying the specials!

Copper Rill is a pretty fun place to go for a special occasion. This place may require reservations, I’m not sure. We didn’t have a reservation when we showed up. The hostess looked at us like we were crazy when we told her we didn’t have a reservation. However, we were seated almost immediately. The portion sizes are small I must admit. I’d recommend getting a couple of appetizers, unless you’re not very hungry. The food is really good. The Thai lamb chops and the flat iron steak was good. I think we also had crab cakes as an appetizer. I recommend the Copper Rill.

Copper Rill was a recommendation to me and I decided to try them out with my wife, for our anniversary. I'm so glad I did. What a quiet and beautiful little place. The atmosphere was awesome and the food even better. I had a fantastic ribeye and my wife loved the shrimp pasta. Then we enjoyed a molten chocolate cake. Plus, it was really affordable! I just can't say enough about this place...so much so that my parents are actually taking my recommendation and celebrating their anniversary at Copper Rill tonight.

Had an amazing dinner with my bride tonight. I chose the Rib Eye and it was perfectly cooked, we had the baked Brie appetizer which was also amazing. Our server did a fantastic job. One if the best experiences I’ve had.

We had such a wonderful dining experience. Being from out of town, we were celebrating our anniversary, and found this hidden little gem. We did make a reservation a day in advance, as we read that this place could get busy. When we arrived, the place was packed, but after just a few minutes, we were able to be seated. We ordered a sausage pasta dish and a ribeye steak. Both were delicious, as were our house salad and soup French onion. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared. Since we were celebrating a special occasion, we were also offered a complimentary dessert. We ordered the molten chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Wow, was it amazing and rich. Service was also wonderful, and Sav did a fantastic job. We would definitely be back again next time we’re in town!

So as you all know I’m the 18 wheeler truck driver that gos to local place to eat as I was a chef ‍ for 13+ years. Tonight I’m in Idaho falls and eating at the CopperRill it’s a beautiful place it’s a bit high end but has the family feel. My server Liv stated me with the Berry Mojito and recommended the stuffed mushrooms with sausage pesto sauce. It’s got a rich stuffing the home made pesto is awesome to top them with just needed a few more minutes as I’m missing the natural juice from the mushrooms cooking down. Now I’m starting with there pear and cashews salad with a honey balsamic dressing. This was absolutely Delicious the tender pear and honey balsamic is a hit. Now up to bat is a chicken an tomato soup . Was like when mom made you tomato soup and grilled cheese but what Chicken . Now for the main entrée Haddock with mango salsa and rice with mixed vegetables was not expecting that I was a light and fluffy rice with pickled onions mangos with just a hint of cabbage. Now to end the night with a slice of German chocolate cake that takes me back to one special person in your life that will always be there my Mom that is the cake she always asked for on her birthday . As I’m on the road driving a 18 wheeler now we don’t always get much time home but it’s the ability of something so simple like this cake to remind you of home. I give a round of applause to this hard working owners who I had the ability to meet well I was there this in my book is a must stop and check out if your traveling through Idaho falls.

By far the best restaurant in Idaho Falls. The chef is an artist. The food is fantastic and there are different options for everyone. It's also extremely well priced. I do recommend getting a reservation though. Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Idaho
