I have to say chilis you can never go wrong with. They have some great food here and it can be for a pretty fair price as well. I thought this place was very well kept and the service was great. This Chill’s is located near Idaho Falls River Walk. The menu is typical. The food was tasty. Service was quick and excellent but I was their first customer of the day at 11 am. Parking is ample.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. We tried the salmon, ribs and chicken and enjoyed all of it. The only minor complaint was that the corn on the cob was a touch slimy. Shared the molten chocolate cake for dessert and loved it. The portions were big enough that we all left feeling stuffed :Food: 4/5
I and three others went to Chili's after a long time not going due to poor service and poorer food. We decided to give it another chance. The ONLY thing that came out correctly is the strawberry lemonades. EVERY OTHER thing we ordered was made incorrectly. I waited 45 minutes after everyone else to get my food as they had to remake it. It was good when it finally came but ... Service was good but they were terribly understaffed. Still. Manager "made it right" but that was not the point. Better food, made as requested, and timely will go a long way in helping this place come back to what it used to be. It was sad. I gave 3 stars because the server did her best. The rest of it would have been a 1 star. Oh, because she was not the one to bring out the food, she didn't have any control over what was served. Otherwise, she would have known all the things that were wrong.
The food was par with other Chilli's and my steak was sort of tougher than usual. However, the "to-go" service was better than most place's. The lady who brought my food out was uber nice and had explained to me that it was taking longer than the app stated it would be. She was very pleasant to talk with and genuinely cared about making sure I was getting my food fresh and knew what was going on. Kudos to her for being so polite.
Not at all impressed. Included chips and salsa didn't come out until we asked. No refills on them at all. Food took forever and one steak was cold and the other was not cooked correctly. At 20+ dollars a plate and I had 8 people + drinks it really wasn't worth it. I won't waste my money here again. Waitress was ok but I think way to busy and possibly under staffed. To bad because it used to be good.
Over two hours to sit and eat! 1.5 hours from seating to getting food…. Wifes salad came with blue cheese and she asked not to have it. Then the table top pay devices wouldn’t work and had to wait more for service with that….. had to flag the waitress every time to fill a drink…. Just not somewhere I’d go again after multiple negatives…
Went for lunch, we ordered way too much because or waitress was so kind and friendly we didn't feel like we had to hurry and choose. We enjoyed the too much food and took some home for the airfryer later! Thanks for the good food and kind waitress.Food: 3/5
I like the food at Chili's. Recently I tried their Rancher Burger and it was great. The fries were nicely seasoned. The staff was friendly but I did feel like they were understaffed. The restaurant itself may be due for a remodel soon as it feels a little dated.Food: 5/5
The food and the service are great but the wait times are horrible. And this is not because of the servers or cooks, I believe it's because of poor management. Over the last 6 months every time I go there it takes forever because they only have a couple waitresses and a few cooks and I'm always told "we're short staffed"... I'm assuming the only reason to be that short-staffed for such a long period of time is extremely poor management and poor pay
