They sell great (coconut based) Vegetable Glycerin or VG that's perfect for mixing DIY vape juice. Side note it's naturally slightly sweeter than standard VG so it works well with any fruit, sour, sweet concentrates but could be better with creams and stuff. Vapers unite!

Terrible service, my order took nearly a month to be received. One of the items were "out of stock" but were "in stock" on their website which caused a delay. I also had to ask for the tracking numbers for my order because they were not all supplied. I personally would never order again due to customer service and shipping delays. I hope they take this honest review into consideration and keep their website up to date and also keep their customers updated on whats going on with their order. And my package was tampered with to meet the weight restriction. Such pathetic business practices.

If you're going there for your hobby - by all means. They have a wide selection, workshops and friendly staff. And their web platform is pretty well made and easy to use! It loved it when I found these guys :) But if you are running a business, I would avoid the Coop and look for more reliable suppliers. I was happy to find a place in Montreal where I could buy all my raw materials, and support a local business at the same time. However, they are really bad at managing their business which put me in trouble one too many times before. Here are things that happened: 1.They promised to email or call me when certain products I was looking for were back in stock and never did. I had to run after them and call myself. This happened twice. 2.They sold me little bottles with 5% of the caps missing (It was a large order, which is why we did not notice at pickup) 3.They are ALWAYS missing some ingredients in stock, and do not know reliably when they will receive them. And it's not like I ask them for things last minute - I would be willing to wait 1-2 weeks if only they could guarantee a delivery date. None of it is malicious, but it is just a sign of mismanagement that worry me as I grow my own business and have to rely more and more on my suppliers. If you have deadlines, look for someone that can manage inventory better or has a good supply chain.
