I visited Convenient MD in Merrimack and obviously anytime you go to these urgent care facilities they're a little quicker than the the ER at the hospital but usually you can expect to be there for an hour or two. Well I went in for the first time and was literally in and out in 20 min. The PA that saw me was very professional and diagnosed my situation perfectly. I would recommend to anyone in need of quick medical attention to go to this facilty. I know if ever I'm in need it's the first place I will go as I'm very pleased with they're team. Thank you

Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was attentive and kind. The nurse was excellent with our 8 month old. I wish they could be our primary care team. They were fantastic!

Terrible experience. 1. The nurse couldn't properly draw blood, he missed the vein which caused me fainting. 2. The PA and nurse could take ekg properly. 3. 3. The doctor diagnosed me with a heart attack which caused me a small panic attack. I was rushed into a hospital. After multiple tests everything looked good (including ekg) and I was released home. This place have totally incompetent personal. It might be good for runny nose and soar throat, but not for anything serious. Simply don't have well experienced and educated personal to handle anything serious.

Clean, fast, courteous service. The dr was very thorough and explained everything as we went along.

Not impressed. Staff was kind but dropped the ball. Went here for an eval. on Columbus Day when my PCP was closed. Lungs felt and sounded junky and I had already been sick for days. After describing my symptoms I received a very brief eval without a thorough listen to my lungs and was sent home with a "virus" and instructed to rest and drink fluids. Followed up wth my PCP because I knew something was wrong and sure enough, a chest X-ray confirmed pneumonia. I was sent home by convenientMD to get worse, and did get worse, and I believe this could have been evaded if the medical staff was more attentive in assessing the situation.
