My husband was a patient here for three decades. They dropped him because he couldn't get insurance to afford to go to well visits on their timeline. As soon as they supposedly began accepting patients again and we had insurance I transfered our records and switched our PCP to their office. I needed to be seen and called for an appointment in which they verified my DOB and nothing else. Showed up for the appointment and another patient was booked in that slot. Was then told that neither of us are actually their patients and they won't see us or accept us as patients. If they had bothered to confirm my name or provide accurate info to insurance I wouldn't have wasted all this time and energy to change providers and move records, or have driven while sick with a sick 5 year old to an appointment that wasn't even for me. Totally unprofessional, but don't worry, they aren't accepting any new patients anyway so this probably won't happen to you.
