ConvenientMD Urgent Care - Dover

I was diagnosed with bronchitis . I was the first one there at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. The people who check me in were very respective of my needs and desires to up for the cheapest route. As my treatment progressed, my vitals were taken, and it was very pleased with the professionalism. The doctor saw me right away, also, and I was very impressed at how she listened to me, and explored other avenues where my symptoms might be coming from, by questioning me. I spent $800 when I went to the Express Care 5 years ago to have them look at an infected Splinter. I know that this would have cost much less if I have gone to the convenient MD! My sincere commendations to Convenient MD! Thanks, Chad

I have been there twice now and both times all the staff were wonderful. I love that Convenient MD is a NON narcotic facility. Frisbee Hospital's ER just wants to dope me up and ship me out. At Convenient MD they take the time to listen and actually help without trying to drug me. If there was another facility in Rochester I would use it a lot more often.

I was referred to the Dover Convenient MD by my workplace as I had to get a TB test. The location was super convenient (right next to Starbucks, so I appreciated that!). It was very clean inside and felt welcoming, not crammed and neat/sanitary. I went up to the front desk to check in. There were no other patients in the waiting area at the time. It appeared a little disorganized in the back of the house. I gave my paperwork and license to the person at the desk and he took it to "enter it in." Then several people came in after me and one of them was called in before me which I thought was odd, since I was just getting a TB test and thought that should be rather quick. Overall my time there was about 40 minutes which isn't too bad. I would have gone to my primary care, however, this was paid for in advance by the company that sent me and I have no health insurance so this was the most cost-effective for me. The actual TB test went well overall, although the nurse made a mistake with inserting the needle the first time and had to go and get an entirely new set up of medication and syringe and try again on my other arm. Overall, I would go back there and recommend although I do think they need to get a little more organized and the people could be a little more friendly and welcoming. The center appeared very clean and I appreciated that! Convenient location and the amount of services that they offered were two reasons that I would go back. They also offer cost-effective measures to healthcare which is important to me, too.

I went to the Dover facility on Sunday! They where Amazing and quick! The doctor that I saw took time to explain what I had! The nurses where super nice and took time to help me get my medicine! I definitely would go back! I definitely would recommend this facility!

I have been there twice and have been in and out within an hour. Doctors are kind and attentive. I'm very happy such an establishment exists. Love that it's open 7 days a week and walk-ins are accepted.
