I have been calling this consulate for 4 days now. The voicemail says , that i am first in line, someone will answer me in one minutes, then it goes to 2 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 4 minus, and so on. then the phone hang up in my face. I have called Monday, Tuesday, Wenesday, Thursday. and still nobody answered. i have tried all the different department, still no answer. I don't get it
Trash customer service. The worst, they dont know how to talk to other humans beings. They should all get fired to replace with other employees who actually know how to speak properly.
Please hire professional people. I called to know the procedure to have a "mandat consulaire", a basic service of an embassy. She said "I don't know. Call Ottawa". Ok, I proceeded to ask for the number of Haiti's embassy in Ottawa. She said " I don't know. Use google". This girl acted like I called her house and was bothering her. No respect in knowing she represent an establishment and a country. If I could give a 0 for customer service, I would. Train your employees better It was my 2nd call over there Right now, they are representing the country very poorly. Customer service = helping people and politeness. Do better AND Be better!
I have sent my passport for renewal since march,and paid 130$ US ,because i wanted to get my passport done before May.they have received the money ,and never send me the application paper . i had to call them after two weeks then they send it to me. I had book my flight in advance for May 18 ,2018. However, i lost my flight because i have not received my passport yet.Today is June 13, and i still don't have my passport .Moreover ,customer are very rude , and not friendly .For instance, while i was speaking on the phone with on of them , they left me on the phone speaking with out an excuse to joke about a girl with his co-worker. in Additional, he curses me because i was asking for some respect. as my passport still with them, they can keep it if the want .I love my country ,we Haitian people need good leaders.BEST THING TO DO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP OF CANADA..
I'm a student at UQAM doing a research project about how each culture is integrated in Quebec. So I needed statistics. I called 5 times at their consult for them to make me wait and send me to voicemail at the end. If you are not able to answer the phone, then don't get a phone.
