I love having a broker that i can chat with in person or over the phone who is understanding and helpful. Its so nice having a physical person versus an automated person or a website to get insurance. Definitely recommend coming here. They are very quick to answer too and that is another reason i recommend this place.

We've had our home and auto insurance through Condotta Merrett Insurance for a few years now and have only good things to say about them. When a rock cracked my windshield, our broker, Livio, was quick to answer my call and concerns and helped me get it fixed fast. Just recently we purchased a new van and due to delivery dates being moved up we had forgotten to update our insurance. Again, Livio came through for us and got everything sorted and set up, with a great rate, within a few hours! I recommend Condotta Merrett to all my friends and family in Niagara.

I am usually one not to write reviews but my recent relationship and experience with Condotta Merrett has been exceptional. My family has been provided first class treatment and attention when it comes to issues arising as well as questions and concerns being addressed. Our broker JaroslawJerry Florek has been fantastic in terms of his knowledge and expertise. He has been extremely personable as well. I would definitely recommend this brokerage to anyone looking for an exceptional experience where one feels valued and appreciated.

This place is a disaster. I suggest you stay away. I dealt with the Kitchener office. I was happy when I first started but when my original agent got sick it became a disorganized mess. I got transferred to an agent named Josie. I have never met someone more unprofessional and rude at a company in my life. I would state all the problems I had with her but it would be way too long. Just one for example. I switched cars and asked ahead of time how much it would be. She told me it would be the same. Then all of a sudden my insurance went up Almost 100 dollars With no explanation. I went in there to explain my case and thats when I realized she was the secretary as well. The secrataries are the agents cause they probably want to save money and not hire one. When I went in she was very rude and unprofessional. She just stared at me with no explanation. They also owe me money but I have given up With that battle. Just stay away from here and look Elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out that appreciate your business and are more organized and have actual educated agents. Not secretaries / agents posing as one to save money. I’m just warning you from my own personal experience. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I tried emailing head office but they have not replied which I was expecting from this company. Just an unorganized mess and disaster out there. Look elsewhere.

Would like to take this opportunity to say what a pleasure it has been to have our policies handled by Jaroslav Ftorek rarely have we experienced someone in the business community with his professional expertise, competence, and demeanor. Who really loves an insurance company office? Lol. Although if you need an insurance broker who is kind and understanding this place would be it.
