Reimer Verge Insurance Brokers

Used to love dealing with them as my family had done business with them for years and considered them to be family friends. I would always be greeted with a smile, and could even hear it when calling in by phone. Recently called and got Rose and she was short with me on the phone and didn't get me a quote after my request. Had to place a second call. After these exchanges I went elsewhere to get my insurance. I gave Rose the feedback directly and she said she was surprised because she doesn't speak to people that way. Sorry Rose, you do, and telling the customer they are wrong rather than accepting the feedback is not the way to handle the situation. Next time just apologize and say you are sorry if you came across that way. Being rude then telling the customer you were not rude is not the way to handle it.
