It seemed like every other insurance company / broker in the area had more than enough business as they didn't seem to have the time to sign me up for insurance. However John took the time to go over everything in detail, send me a few quotes, thoroughly explain all the details, and all I had to do was sign a few forms. This is exactly what I was looking for in a broker!
