Concordia Hospital

I was in a car accident that came by ambulance around 8pm and got X rayed right away and have been waiting in ONE OF TWO WAITING rooms for eight hours and than got moved to the other side which is waiting room two but with better chairs. Their is only ONE doctor at this time so you will have to wait for gods know how long you have a better chance of bleeding outside, than get help inside because the nurses don’t do rounds or check if you have a restricted medical condition that requires you to take medication at certain times or they won’t give you any assistance they would rather talk amongst themselves or are nowhere to be seen.nThis is unacceptable and very frustrating and they can’t say it was because of Covid 19 it is WAY past that now. I’ll avoid this hospital at all cost and HSC too.

I was a patient on the second floor of the Concordia Hospital from the end of February to most of March 2025.nThe treatment and care I received while I was there was outstanding.nThanks to all for putting up with me for a month.nKeep up the good work.nDavid Neilson.

The nurses are horrible. Laughing at patients thinking they can't hear them. Disgusting behaviour. Heaven forbid its them one day or their family member needing care. What person wants to sit in a waiting room for 8 hours for nothing? They belong in junior high with their bullshit, not in a hospital where people need care.

Called reception a couple of times, different days, it felt they just wanted to hang up instead of providing information. Such a rush. The one from the walking clinic was very nice though. Booked an appointment online. The doctor sent me for a blood test without letting me know the lab won't be opened over the weekend. I got no printed copy so I was not able to get it done in another lab. So here I am with very high fever without knowing what's wrong with me..nA few months ago, someone i know at risk of suicidal walked into emergency as he was told to do by the help line, it took hours to get someone looking after him...we were concerned for his well being, called three times to get the staff attention and nothing...they said they were looking into it but itcwas not truth.nThe hospital director must take negative reviews seriously and work closely with staff. They are dealing with sick people.nShow respect and professionalism pls.

If someone somehow get late to pay his Tax Govt collection Agencies will make ur life miserable. Govt boast that with this tax they provide cheapest to free health care to their citizens. Hahaha free health care we have to wait long long long long hour to get treatment I went to URGENT CARE center and wait for 10hours still no treatment when we ask how long more we have to wait staff had no answer just told may be few more hour .I dont say anything wrong to staff because it's not their fault it's our whole Health care system is broken.They saying actually we serve severe case first Now last year I got severe accident and my finger amputated still I had to wait from 8pm till next morning 10am what they did only stitched my finger together temporarily and book the appointment one week later to specialist till then my tandon veinnalmost died and never got my finger back in working conditions. Believe or not realy our whole Health care system is slow and broken
