Concentra Urgent Care

I'm here for a TB skin test result check. All the MA has to do is look and feel at the site where the test was done. I have been waiting for over a half hour. I even asked the clerk if she could do it. Her response, "It's going to take a minute." Well, I've been here for quite some time now.

It was clean and it wasn't a very long wait. It is located close to where I live. The doctor was polite and I didn't wait a long time for him to come into the room. The MA was very polite and friendly.

The Doctors are really awesome and understanding. The MA's are very professional. The wait is a variable depending on what the community needs are, but overall it's a great place.

The staff is very professional, friendly, and respectful! They protected my privacy and performed all my services in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this facility!

This business is the worst DO NOT GO HERE TO TAKE A DRUG SCREENING. I wish i could give 0/5 stars. I called this place and i got a "hello?" And i had to ask if i called the right number. A week later they lost my urine sample for my drug screening for work and i cant start my new job for yet ANOTHER week because this place says that they "lost" my test results and theyre also saying I never went in but i have the paperwork signed by them saying I did but since they cant find my results i have to go back in. My financial situation is currently slipping because this place messed up and is prolonging me starting my job. Very upset.
