Concentra Urgent Care

The staff at Concentra Urgent Care in Chesterfield are kind and they welcome you the moment you step into the office. I had never been to Concentra before but I needed to stop by as the job that I was applying for required a urine test. The employee that took my urine sample made the process easy but most importantly comfortable. I would recommend Concentra Urgent Care in Chesterfield for anyone who is required to take a test or screening for their job application process.

Concentra has been my absolute worse customer service experience. The Concentra located on 21 and Gratiot on December 4th, 2017, specifically the nurse Dawn was abrupt, rude, and apathetic towards me exclusively. The other staff was very kind although I am wary of their training given how Dawn apathetically gave in to her own personal beliefs and was very rude to me. I was asked a few times in various manners of my sexual orientation, and gender by Dawn. Really she was impressed with herself by being overly obscure over details and kicking me out over company policy. In detail marijuana would show in my urine. As a bisexual woman my sexuality has nothing to do with it. I asked her not to send in my results (to Hick’s Plastics) and she assured me THAT she would!

Went here for a job drug screen and physical. Brought my son along woth me and the staff there gave him some fun cross words and other stuff to do while i was being seen. After i was done they gave him a nice lil care package to take home full of goodies. I was pleased with their service to me and how they treated my son

The staff is great and professional! The doctor is kind and he cares about your health! I will definitely come back❤️

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My wait time went by quickly and I was even offered help filling out paperwork since my hand was injured. I'm not satisfied with the work my doctor did. He barely examined my hand, asked very few questions, did no range of motion movements, and did x-rays even though it was EXTREMELY obvious my hand was not broken. I'm sitting in a brace that hurts more than the original injury with no explanation as to what's wrong.
