1st Choice Physical Therapy

I happened to find 1st Choice through my insurance company. When I looked on the website and found out they specialized in TMJ situations, I was thrilled. As I was pretty sure that is what was wrong with me after many, many doctor appointments, and a round of Physical Therapy at Beaumont's rehab center(which was excellent, but didn't get to the basic problem). Bob Baker is so knowledgeable. If you can get in to see him do!! He is a standout in this field and I have him to thank for diagnosing my problem and helping me fix it! I had terrible daily headaches and migraines due to grinding my teeth and subsequent muscle tension leading to major problems with my neck.(which also affected the rest of my body)! I have tried everything else, including chiropractic, it does not work like this did/does! I actually feel cured, and 100% better and back to my old self. Great teamwork with PT Dave, Christina, and all of the terrific staff there. If you have any question check it out, they will see you for a complimentary visit and trust me THEY CAN HELP YOU, no matter your issue. They are great at all areas of the body. LOVED IT!!

Both Dave and Bob are great. I've been working closely with Dave for the past couple months. I was practically immobile from back and hip problems; now I'm back to riding my bike and playing hockey. Dave also recognized a neck problem I was having that was related to sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day. These two are very experienced and also really personable. I highly recommend Dave for any back, neck or hip injuries.
