Conant Gardens Dental Center: Taylor Harold L DDS

I've been using this dentist for about 7 years now... Dr. Taylor is AWESOME! His staff however leave a bad taste in your mouth. I've never had a problem but the staff are unprofessional and today was the straw that broke this camel's back. For some unknown/un-posted reason both of their offices were closed at 2430 E. 7 Mile Road, Detroit, Michigan and on 17170 LIVERNOIS AVE., DETROIT, MI 48221. The voicemail greeting did not indicate that they were closed the MONDAY after the Easter holiday nor was there a sign on either door of each building. So, when I finally got someone on the phone the following Tuesday AFTERNOON, and made an appointment after explaining that I had already gone to a secondary Dentist office in desperation, my appointment was canceled because it was too late in the day for these lazy broads. I'm officially angry and highly disappointed because Dr. Taylor has retired and no longer treats patients and hasn't for the last three years.

The dentist is awesome young and knowledgeable about the latest dental innovations. Unfortunately the supporting staff is aweful with terrible dispositions and very unprofessional inpersonal attitudes. I hate hate hate going to the dentist because of the staff.

I needed a emergency appointment because I had a toothache and my normal dentist was booked. They got me right in the next day and pulled the tooth!! The staff was friendly and very fast I was in and out in no time!! Just needs to update the office very old decor!
