I would caution anyone that want to use Comwave's services to read the fine print. They will work to get you to sign a three year contract with outrageous early cancellation fees. We have been a good customer of theirs since 2016. Unfortunately, the pandemic did a number on us and our offices are closing. As a small business in Ontario this has been a very difficult time. I tried to cancel our service and unbeknown to me, our services were recently automatically renewed for a further 3 year term. The employee a family member is no longer with the company and did not have the authorization to sign a contract on our behalf. But this is not a concern for Comwave and they plant to impose an outrageous penalty of 50% of the outstanding contract. Other companies like Bell, TD and others have been extremely supportive and understanding, BUT not these guys. Terrible Company. Shame on Them. A further caution: the reply below from the company is a standard B.S. reply. After speaking to them, they steadfastly refuse to waive the cancellation fee, because according to them, they have the legal right to do so. I know what's legal is not what's fair. We were never given a heads up that our account would AUTOMATICALLY be renewed without any notice. According to Comwave, this is legal and they don't have to notify anyone that their contracts will be renewed. SO AGAIN, BE AWARE, they will hold you accountable even if your facing bankruptcy.
Very impressive automated welcome prompt by their AI engine which reduces significantly the waiting time. The first time I called in while I was still on a trial period before subscribing to their services, I was impressed by their customer service - the staff were cool, friendly and even called me back after my call was suddenly interrupted. Yeah, called me back although I was still in a trial period. Bravo! Continue your excellent work :
I've phoned them and they were very helpful that I signed up. The lady was super friendly, awesome and very detailed about the service. I'm taking the 1 month free too test it out, but definitely going too sign up after the free trial is done. I'm so happy I phoned and asked about the service.
The agent I spoke to was courteous. He discussed all my options, got me a better price. He made sure I understood everything. When he asked did I have any questions I told him no cause he explained everything thoroughly. He was very accommodating with installation date with my upcoming surgery. Thank you.
Amazing service! Got so tired of paying extraordinary prices for parts of a package I didn't use, but if I got rid of it....my rate would actually go up?! Huh? Then an ad for Comwave popped up and I couldn't believe what they were offering! All the channels I needed and the internet speed was much higher than what I was currently using!....they even have a higher level! Insane! Service was prompt and quite helpful as well! The best part of it for me is the price! Over $100.00 a month CHEAPER than my current provider! How can you argue with that! It'll take a day or two to acclimate myself with the way the TV service works, but that's a small price to pay overall! Oh! And it all runs through the Amazon Fire TV Stick! You're gonna love it!
Terrible customer service and zero consideration for their clients. When they were Not able to charge my cc for an outstanding balance of $2 they texted me, emailed me, called me multiple times but when they changed their service fee substantially they never bothered themselves to make sure their clients are fully aware… all of a sudden I noticed my bill went up from 30 to 150 and when I called they never bothered to help… and after all the years of being their client they just simply agreed to close the account, zero retention….I asked all the people that I referred to close their account as they all faced same issue…. Great Customer Service, haven't had a single internet outage since i started with them about 5 years ago, i deal with Alex he is an awesome and honest salesman, no hidden fees. Their Prices are affordable compare to others in my area. i highly recommend them.
Service is really good, for my 3 years contract I got 6 months free and never have any problem. Now I start again, and representative Frank was helpful and searching for best price like valued customer. So happy to have you Comewave.
Reviewing service I received earlier today over the phone. Already being an existing Comwave client, I called to inquire about cable service being added on the my internet service. The representative looked at all options to get me the best bundle at the best price. Very polite, explained everything and the best part, no waiting in a queue for ages! I have already received confirmation that my Firestick has been shipped. That all happens within an hour. Feeling very satisfied!
Worst product and customer service. When they tried to sell me their product back in 2018, Kyle R told me everything that I wanted to hear. He was supposed to be my very own personal contact if anything should ever go wrong. Unfortunately when their service did break down, Kyle no longer works at Comwave and no one wants to - or can - fix my issue. They say they have a Customer Care but it’s just one guy named Frank. And Frank does not care about any customer other than being belligerent on the phone with the customer. The most unethical company I have ever dealt with and according to the other reviews - I’m not the only one. Stay away from this company.
