Service is on par with other 3rd party providers, only not as expensive. Customer service has been great. So far so good.
This company just wants to get money from your pocket with really bad way, increasing monthly fee without notice, modifying contract without notice. Customer services transfer all responsibilities to the company. I strongly do NOT recommend Carry Telecom. NEVER!
It has been good but due to the Covid issue we had been exodus slow network
AMAZING customer service and GREAT value for your money. Prices are LOW and can't be beaten!!
Spoke to 2 customer service representatives today and the wait was quick. They both addressed my concerns professionally. I will have to call back in mid March after my current billing cycle ends, but I hope the March phone call will go as smoothly as today.
