Beanfield Metroconnect has been servicing the complete telecommunication needs of downtown Toronto for over 20 years. We are a independent, Canadian owned company that owns and operates the largest private true fibre network throughout downtown Toronto.

Fast Internet speed at a great price. If you’re in the GTA using any other service provider, and paying over $56, make the switch. The cost isn’t a promotion, unlike Rogers and Bell, and you won’t get hit with unexpected price increases or hidden fees like box rentals. Really happy I switched from Rogers! The technicians were quick! During the initial switch, I probably experienced a 5-10 min outage which made it easy to switch during the work day as it did not interfere with work.
Smooth installation with friendly and knowledgeable techs that made everything super easy and relaxed for me during the process. They provided the router, set everything up, asked where I wanted it placed, and did a speed test to ensure it was working well. Internet speed is super fast, especially for the low cost of $50/month. Couldn't be happier as of right now!
Really great service from Beanfield. Every time I had an issue, I reached out via email and received a prompt response from a representative. The internet connection was very strong and reliable, which was crucial while working from home. I would have definitely continued with Beanfield had it been offered in my new building.
Top notch organization. Over the many years I’ve had the pleasure of being a Beanfield customer, their product, customer service, everything, has been amazing. And all at an extremely affordable price. It’s a shame more people across the country can’t have access to Beanfield’s services they are only in condos.
Great company, fantastic and reliable service, awesome customer service and reasonably priced to boot. I was also informed that they would never charge customers with the new credit card processing fee. What more can you ask! Highly recommend this company.
Worst customer experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend Beanfield at all. Worst customer service. I literally had them for 1 day and was constantly losing connection. Called in to let them know and the person on the line told me “have you tried turning it on and off.” I did that multiple times and they told me to just wait it out. Cherry on top, I called back and the same rep said “dude just wait you’re so impatient.” That was it for me. Told them to cancel the account and switched back to Rogers. I would happily spend 20$ more / month than deal with rude customer reps and told that I’m impatient
Service used to be good but then something changed. Asking basic questions go unanswered by email support. Got a collection's bill for ~$35 which is fine, except it was 1.5 years later after I'd moved. Always paid my bills and this comes out of nowhere. What company takes 1.5 years to reconcile their bills? If their billing system is this broken I hate to see what is even more broken.
Extremely frustrated with their customer service team and booking procedure. I've had two appointments cancelled by Beanfield because even though the date and time frame was confirmed over the phone and agreements signed - they send yet another email to confirm the exact time and if you don't confirm in time, they cancel the appointment for you. If you want to jump through hoops just to schedule an appointment with them, sign up with Beanfield!
Hands down the best internet provider I've ever had. Connection speeds are incomparable to Bell or Rogers. I easily download full AAA games within 30 minutes. Can't comment on customer service but that's only because we've never had a service outage so I've never had to talk to anyone. True fiber to fiber connection at a RIDICULOUS price that's ridiculous in the best of ways, I pay 1/3 of what we used to pay on Rogers for so called "ignite". I sincerely dread ever moving out of my building and having to go back to one of the big telecom companies. Oh and they sent a letter committing to not charge credit card fees unlike Rogers and Bell. What's not to love.
Best Internet provider I have ever used. For the time I am with beanfield their internet quality is top notch and their price is very affordable. Their customer service is also very friendly and helpful. Recently I have to cancel my internet due to moving to a new place, there is no hassle or any struggle of doing so unlike some other big companys I am looking at you Rogers/Bell. Overall I recommend this company to anyone who want to get the best Internet service in the market. I only wish they can expand their service area to more places so I dont need to switch ISP provider
