If you followed this alliances formation, from its conception to its practices, especially the subpar mental health services offered to patients, you would see a cut-throat organization that blamed it's own professional for problems in the local news headlines, and currently, poorly trained prescriber's who, at least one is incompetent. As far as do no harm....medical providers who cause more problems for patients then when they started should be fired. Especially new employees who are unprepared for their appointments, chronically late, and misguided in their knowledge of the use of treatment regimens that work. Poor quality services in this contract. Obviously. Look at our communities worsening drug and homelessness problems.
