Trevor and crew gave me great advice and service on 3 occasions. Very patient - not rushed. Highly recommended. You don't this in Toronto at most places.

When the store where I purchased my system and another repair shop told me my hard drive was lost including all the baby pictures of my son, Computer Direct got them back and I have been a loyal customer since. They are always pleasant and fast and have always exceeded expectations including pricing! It's now 8 years later and they are still surprising me with their service and attitude. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, great prices, knowledgeable staff, fair practices. I've relied on Computer Direct's great service for all my computer hardware issues for the past 11 years. The primary reason is that they're always more than fair. When I ran an IT consulting company, I ordered all my product through this store because of their competitive pricing and top service. I always recommend Computer Direct.

Well, where do I even start with this place. So, I called and I think the power supply is dead in my girlfriends computer, her computer right now has the side off, and current supply taken out. First, she called in, and asked the very condescending man on the other side of the phone a pretty simple question, with incentive for his business. " We think the power supply in my computer is dead, everything is taken apart and we don't have a spare one to test. We wanted to test the one we were going to buy IN THE STORE. Or even a spare one that every repair store SHOULD HAVE (( I co-oped at the "Computer Guys" in Orilla )) 5 plugs, literally for anyone that doesn't have much computer knowledge. Apparently, even though I was guaranteeing a sale, its a 25$ charge just to consider plugging it in. I asked him if he was actually charging me 1500$ an hour because it was literally a 30second test, and to my surprise he said.. yes. Stay away from this place, rude, not customer oriented, and over priced
