I pawned 3 items in the middle of September. I went to pay and retrieve my items at the beginning of October. Only to be told they put my items in as a sale and not a pawn. I was then told to wait as they had to contact the IT department. They told me they would call when they got ahold of IT. I kept going in every week only to be told I had to wait for IT. I asked Kyler to make sure my items were not on shelves to be sold. She guaranteed that they would not be sold. I went in today. A MONTH later only to find that 2 of my items were on the shelves. She then came out and told me that they had sold one of my items. She then told me that the cost of the item sold would be taken off the pawn fee. I received 150$. For 3 items. They then wanted to charge me 167$ when I was only receiving 2 items back. When I questioned them about it they said the extra 67$ was interest. When I asked about the interest rate they said it was 30% per 100$. When I argued this to the REGIONAL MANAGER Curtis. He was very rude and even SWORE at me under his breath at the front counter. I have never seen such disrespect to customers before. After all the lies and disrespect I can guarantee I will never step foot in that store again.l
Yikes!!! Just terrible now!!! Bought stuff over the summer and had great help. Went in for some merchandise, that lady wasn’t there, and the other staff was just useless! Not going back, and I suggest other people stay away too!!!! Ya gotta know the place is a joke when someone that works there is on Facebook asking for good reviews. Try working for it!!!!
If negative stars was a thing, I would rate - 5. They are terrible, they charge non existent fees, they also tried sell off my amp for my guitar, they told me they couldn't find it in the back room, then I went over to where the amps were being sold, and there it was. This is the worst place to entrust your items.

You guys really need to be more consistent with updating your hours online. It's really not that hard and takes 2 seconds. One day you close at 7pm next day your closed at 6pm on a weekday yet online it says 8pm. Do you guys not care about customer service? Completely ridiculous. I'm only giving you guys one star cause there's no option to give none.
What a joke of a place TERRIBLE customer service from the younger employees working there and TERRIBLY managed/operated They need some friendly smiles and personality there, just a tip ‍‍‍‍
Love the service. The ladies there are always welcoming and it always makes my day that much better. Keep up the great customer service.
We stopped In to check it out and the deals here are amazing the lady that runs it is so helpful probably one of the best experiences I've had in a long time we will be back again at least when we are I medicine hat
