Not impressed with the staff. There are inconsistent. The first week we go to the pool we ask the rules they explain we can walk in the pool and show us tricks to get her used to it. The experience is pleasant the staff is nice. The second experience complete opposite the staff explain things completely different change all the rules. We have pictures of walking in the pool. Then they say they never allow that. I will never return because of the inconsistency of the staff they should all know the rules and not make exemptions some times and then enforce different rules other times. I find it unprofessional and unorganized.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The vet really took her time to explain everything and our dog absolutely loved her ! Definately going back and recommending this place to everyone.

Nous comprenons la mode du renforcement positifs (qui est une branche du béhaviorisme) mais le plus grand défaut de cet endroit est que les employés ne reconnaissent pas qu'il y a d'autres approches tout aussi efficaces. Nous avons tenté de vaincre la peur de notre chien avec une méthode behavioral intrusive (qui est reconnue comme étant efficace avec les phobies dans la littérature ET en pratique selon PLUSIEURS articles scientifiques). Les employés se sont assis sur leurs c** et nous répétaient "ça marchera pas" "fait pas comme ci" "pas comme ça" etc quand on leur a demandé de venir nous montrer s'ils n’étaient pas content, ils sont restés loin et n'ont pas bouger...! Sérieusement, si vous n'êtes pas pour vous lever et prouver votre méthode, laissez nous libre! Notre chien n'était ni en danger, ni maltraité! Nous ne reviendront plus jamais à moins que ceux-ci recoivent une formation continue autre que le renforcement positif aux croquettes qui fonctionne sur 50% des animaux!!
