Overall disappointing experiences at this vet clinic. I would not recommend.nnFirstly, the front desk has on many occasions been very rude, condescending and interruptive. Very annoying when trying to receive information or simply trying to communicate your pet's needs.nnSecondly, we have brought our dog Chloe Bernese mountain dog and golden retriever mix here since she was a puppy of 4 months she is now almost 2 years old. An anxious and very gentle dog not anxious reactive, yet every time we came in, there was no time or passion really shown to take care of Chloe or to appease her anxiety. Additionally, evidently seeing that she was anxious, they would always bring her in a separate room without easing her into feeling comfortable to administer aid, reinforcing her anxiety over time. In all of our visits, never once did they bring the care to the room where I was present which would have made her more comfortable or take the time to ease her into her care. It really felt as if minimizing time per patient was their main focus which felt very transactional. Having been to 2 other vet clinics 1 emergency vet clinic and 1 closer to my house made me understand the shortcomings on this front from this clinic.nnPricing was always within the estimates given if not below them and was, in my opinion, averagely priced.

Went to this clinic 6 weeks ago with my MininGolden Doodle who just turned 10 but was in excellent shape. Everyone thought he was 2 or 3!!!! Made an apt for annual check up and to check 3 large bumps on his body. I Had transferred my file from my previous ten year vet after a move. Receptionist greeted me and asked me to sit.nSomeone came to get us , to bring us to room.nAsked us what we were there for. Then she saysnTo wait for technician… wait another 10 minutes.nFinally technician arrives and asks again why we were there.nOnce finished was told Vet would be with us shortly.nVet comes after another 15 minutes …. And asks again why we are there… I repeated again and asked her to also check bumps… we knew he had 3 large… she could only find 1. Checked him and said we’re good to go… only fatty deposits quite common.nWe get home and my daughter says I can’t believenShe could only find 1. Bumps were about 1 & 1/2 inch.nSorry for the long message… will get to the point.n4 weeks later my daughter says did you see this large bump next to rectum… I was shocked that the vet had not seen this, no rectum exam was done.nI called the vet back and said I wanted to be seen by a vet with more experience. Gave me apt 2 days later.nOnce again was seen by 3 people 40 min,nbefore I saw the vet who was very nice and took the time with us! my dog was very anxious by then. She was asking all kinds of questions. Said no age was on the file. Which was not asked by previous vet and my file had been transferred.i could not understand this.nShe checked his large bump next to rectum and saidnThat does not look good at all. My face dropped. Said it was in the anal sac. Would have to take a biopsy…and if they removed the procedure would be about $1000 for procedure. got the results the next day … a very large agressive malignant tumor.nSpoke to vet , said they could do surgery the next day to remove the tumor and anal sac, and explained all the things that could go wrong. Also said if they could get it all he could extend his life. They never mentioned anything about doing tests to see if it had spread to other organs.nInitialy apt and biopsy was over $500. I asked them to send me a written quote on details and price for surgery and they came back atnOver $3000. I forgot to mention, the vet doing the surgery was leaving the next day on holidays.nSomething did not sit right! Called them back and said I would not be going forward.nWent for a second opinion by an Oncologiste that was amazing. She read report and said she would never schedule surgery before doing blood work, ultrasound sound, and exrays to see if it was spread. If it had, no surgery would be recommended. Best thing would be to keep him comfortable… he showed no signs except drinking lots of water.nJust waiting do on results, later today or tomorrow.

I've been to this vet a few times at it is close to home, but the experience is never great or consistent.nWe're always put into a waiting room to wait for a long time before a vet comes to see us. The vets are hit and miss and I haven't encountered the same vet unless it was a follow up.nSome of the vet techs seem terrified of animals and this only makes my already anxious dog all the more anxious. On our last visit, a tech handled my dog so poorly that she yelped in pain, and the tech panicked instead of staying calm. I'd rather make the 40 minute drive to our usual vet than come here for convinience at this point.

Extremely disappointing. I was referred by a friend to this clinic because the veterinarian was highly recommended by her. The lack of customer service from the receptionist is ridiculous. I called 09/02/2026 and the woman who answered me was very rude. She clearly doesn’t care and is not welcome what so ever. I had called a different vet just before for information and the other place was so welcoming compared to this location. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this review allows you to give this lady the training she needs to keep / gain clients and represent well the company.

They do not respect their estimates. They go over the agreed amount without asking for permission, then give your pet back in critical condition. After that, they remove you from the clinic and treat you poorly — even after you’ve already given them a lot of money. Very unprofessional.
