L'Hôpital vétérinaire St-Eustache Deux Montagnes est en fonction depuis 1976. Notre mission est d'offrir une médecine de qualité et une vaste gamme de soins et services pour vos animaux de compagnie. I am their client for a few years. They are nice and pleasant and they helped me each time my cat had problems. During the pandemic they have shortage with the food and you could register to call you when the food was available. Really appreciated this. They had an encryption malware and they were open with it. I just hope they learned their lesson and backup the data. Overall I am pleased with them. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work.
I go there to get canned food for my cats because its very close to my home apart from that i wouldn't go. I had to bring my cat twice emergency situation i didn't like my expérience and they are expensive
If you love your pets never ever rely on this clinic. They only care about money, unnecessary and expensive procedures but if you really need professional help you will never receive one. I spent thousands there and as a result my dog was misdiagnosed and almost died. The medications that the doctors from that clinic prescribed worsened my dog condition and every time when I needed them they were giving me appointment in 2 weeks unless I pay 175 dollars for emergency consultation. I can write a book about my unfortunate experience with this clinic. I cannot express my frustration.
They're super nice and clearly all love working with their animal patients. I was able to go in the room. Everything was clearly explained step by step if they noted anything of concern. They also are fantastic with ferral cats that need checkups too.
I recently Change my review because , I have given regular support to this vet and today they had a cancelation and called us because we tried to get an appointment .While trying to get our dog In car her caller came off as she is a little bit of a handful and she took off she came so we called the vet they said we had until 8 pm ..she came back and my wife went at about 740 and they are 5 min away .I meantime while my wife was on her way they call our home instead of the cell that they called earlier and told me now the vet doesn't have time to put us and our pet through that is extremely frustrating. My wife ended up purchasing product from them anyway but if the vet could not take the extra few minutes to squeeze us in after us trying to Fill in another cancelation then I don't feel appreciated as a client ..Not impressed at all.
My dog was ill and i had to bring her to the closest vet. They gave me a price for the consultation which was 50$ but once a customer who was a vetenarian noticed that my dog was not well the technician suggested to put my dog in priority before another client. Once in the room, the technician mentioned because they brought my dog in priority i would pay an extra 30$ or would have to go back with my dog in the waiting room and wait if i didn't want to pay extra. The nerve to tell me that AFTER i had to bring my poor girl in the room!! And it doesn't end there!! After some blood test, the vetenarian tells me good news you're dog did great! Which i was relieved. However, she then adds but she couldn't find the issue with my dog. She ends there by not saying anything else. I then ask so what now?!? Do I have to put her down? She answers yes. I had to put her down at that place and noticed the procedure was not done right because my dog was struggling with her breathing. This is not the first time i had to put down a dog, my last dog went peacefully at the DMV Laval hospital . Dishonest place to say the least, this was a horrible experience. Edit: Thank you for responding cowardly that I am not a client when you clearly have my name on file.
Flexible when it comes to making appointments and fitting us in. The vets don't push unnecessary procedures and tests, I feel like they give us straight info every time. Never a problem with English or French, they always ask which is better for us. Examination rooms are clean and tidy, the store and lobby is clean and organized. They aren't a big clinic so they can't do all the procedures of a larger vet and we had to go somewhere else to see a dermatologist for example, but otherwise very happy with our service here and our dog agrees.
Very professional! The veterinarian was amazing; super gentle, honest and patient with my dog. Explained everything very clearly including different treatment options with prices.
They are for the money and not the pet. All they want is to run many tests that will cost you an arm and a leg. I did not find them to be very warming when giving information about the pets. They kind of tell you that all tests are for the health of the animal. I have been to other vets where they were sympathetic to animal and gave you the honest truth about some tests without making you feel like your a horrible person for not doing every test possible in the world. They also don't care about the age of the dog since they wanted to operate on my dog that was 11 years old just to remove a bump that did not cause any problems Over 500$ for the operation. My original vet said not to do it since it does not bother the dog and at her age we do not want to operate unless absolutely necessary. Use your common sense if dealing with them.
Hmmm.....I had to give a star in order to write a review, they don't even deserve one star!! I scheduled my dog for a full exam and booster shots. They gave him one shot of two and asked me to simply make another appointment to receive the second shot. I called and the secretary said he has to undergo a full examination in order to receive the second shot. No mention of a second exam at our last visit. I explained that my dog was already examined and I was told to come only for the second shot. They said that he cannot receive the second shot without a full examination. Forcing us to pay for a second exam. I will be calling the order of Vetranerians as well as consumer protection about this. Let's see them answer back a bad review for a change. The lady was right it's not about the pet it's about money! Disgusted..
