Worst transit across Canada!! Costumer service is dead. Ive been stuck waiting for a bus that wasn’t coming, they sometimes don’t update their app, and if you ask a driver if a bus id cancelled they do nothing to check, ive ran for a bus that wouldn’t stop, and for three days they let there phone ring with no answer and a full mailbox. The drivers don’t care about their customers!! They even striked over Christmas and New Years!!
As I no longer drive for the Comox valley transit system, I now have the privilege of being a client/passenger. Now that I am in this position I truly see how terrible the busses are. The posted schedule and the transit app contradict each other and the busses consistently doesn't show up and I have to consider if my own two feet will get me to my destination sooner. Come on BC Transit! There's something wrong and it's not being addressed.
Very unreliable. Several busses never showed up causing me to have to walk across town and be late for work.
Wonderful Christmas not being able to go anywhere or get groceries or go to a dr, or go to school, because the supposedly reliable transit system going on strike because, like everyone else in this world, they aren’t getting paid enough so we all have to suffer while they get more money and the rest of us who are unable to drive are completely screwed over. So selfish. So disgusting to do over the rainy holidays.
The old guy with long hairs driving bus no. 1 at 8:04 am on October 4, 2023. The driver speaks very rudely and he almost leave me and my friends on bus stop while we were at the bus stop. My friend was going to enter the bus and the driver closed the door and drive the bus and stop after few meters and then speaks aggressively.
