Comox Valley Airport - YQQ

Thank you for hosting the Comox Airshow 2024! We had a great time watching the jets and as vendors with our Sharkz Coins booth. It was super to meet so many of our clients and make new connections with so many people interested in making high quality custom coins.

It is a small airport.nI found a luagge bag at first.nThere is when I see like dream lolnn+And is there an observation deck here where I can take pictures of the airplanes?

I recently traveled to this airport. It's a small airport, but that makes it incredibly convenient. Getting in and out was quick and easy, and we had no trouble finding our way around. We rented a car through Expedia, and picking it up right from the terminal was seamless. The airport is located in the beautiful surroundings of Comox, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

I got a parking ticket despite having paid for extra days and returned early, this was corrected after I made a phone call to the parking lot attendant parking might be a contractor, but contractors are chosen and hired by facility therefore included in review.. one of our baggage was damaged, and we had to wait a while for help as there were no clerks at the counter...all minor issues easily resolved but irritating none the less. The facility was otherwise fine, washrooms, café etc.

Nice airport but completely ruined by needing a loonie for luggage carts. I pulled up running late with 2 young kids, 2 car seats, 2 luggage, etc. Leave them in car to go run for a cart. Realized it takes coins, I didn't have coins so I had to go get my kids, bring them in, wait 10 minutes to find someone with a loonie to lend, then go back out and start over again.nnYou took an already stressful time for most and made it worse for no reason.
