Comfort Zone

Last week my bf and I went for a couple's massage. The massage therapist by the name of Angel refused to close the door because she wanted some air, however the staff in the adjacent room was talking loudly, I requested for the room door to be closed during the time of our massage, Angel reluctantly closed the and made a remark that I am being too fussy. The massage for my bf was bad because Angel didn't care for her job. My therapist Paul was great, so while I was there I booked for this Monday. Here I am today writing this review because they cancelled my appointment last minute because the front desk only called to confirm this morning, but since I'm working I missed the call. I am out of 30$ of cab fare getting there and getting back. No place could have worse customer service.

So I went there on Sunday with an appointment for a 60 massage. About 30 min of the process their manager(?) start talking to the man who gave me massage with a loud voice outside of the door which really influenced me and then the he told me we can only do 45 min cause he had another guest waiting outside. I was okay about the length cut but the massage last less than 40 min as it supposed to be 45 min. How dare you ask for tip after you not providing full service to clients?

Reasonable priced asian foot and body massages. It opened until midnight and it's getting popular. However, the rooms and services often get mixed up when it gets busy. You can definitely walk in, as they will try their best to squeeze you in. However, please expect to share room with other people getting foot massage.

love this place, i will not tell you name of lady who massages me because everyone will ask for her, however place is clean open late and all staff are friendly and understand good service receptionist also deserves credit she is a very nice lady polite trys to help squeezing you in, great job to all keep up the good work!!!

the receptionist in warden (young lady ) was arrogant , i went there after my work because i felt so pain with my shoulder and i was little bit not neat, i asked her about the price and insurance plan and she look at me , answered my question very rude and inpatient, also does not make sense.
