Terrible terrible place. I booked an appointment for a tattoo removal they called me back and confirmed the time. But when I got here they told me that they don't have me in their books and it's a mistake. They were so rude about it too! Wasted my day to get here. Horrible experience!!

I bought a groupon for eyelash extensions and then saw all the reviews for this place. I was hesitant but figured I couldn't back out now. When I emailed to book my appointment it was fairly easy to find a time slot that worked for me. Upon arrival I wasn't sure what length or amount of eyelashes to get. Jenny was very informative and listened to what I wanted. It was refreshing to know that they weren't trying to push the more expensive ads-ins on me. The room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing; I kept falling in and out of sleep. The end result: my lashes were amazing and lasted over a month.

I went in to do 50 mink lashes and within the second day of having them, my lashes started falling out. I didn't do anything that would cause this to happen. They just started falling out. By the second day, I had 7 fall out and every day a few would fall. It's been less than a week and my lashes have completely fallen. For the amount of time they put in, my lashes should not have started falling out so soon. complete waste of time and money

They always do a great job with my mink lashes. Their glue dry time is very fast and effective compared to most places. The lashes never poke me and usually last 3 weeks sometimes even a month. I always get complimented on my lashes. Jenny always does a great job. Their timing is efficient, I've never had to wait for my scheduled appointments. However I'd suggest always calling a week before to book because they usually get fully booked. My lash appointments are usually 1 hour long including dry time. Prices for packages are quite reasonable. One time payments for services are full price. I have never used a Groupon at this particular spa however please note with Groupon vouchers you still need to pay taxes. They let you know the costs upfront and do not heavily promote to upsell. I usually know what I want- set of 50 lashes and my desired length. They will ask how many lashes and your length. The ambience is always so tranquil and relaxing that I fall asleep most times. Rooms are small and clean with dim lighting. I've been coming here within the last year for my lashes and will continue to. I haven't tried the other skin treatment services but I intend to come here when I do.
