It's clean. Not fancy. Very nice warm pool. Front desk is prompt. Very good size room - big enough for two pack and plays (we only needed one). Decent food for breakfast - was not able to have a waffle (only disappointment). Great fruit solution - bananas, oranges, apples, and yummy pears. Overall decent breakfast. Pool was warm and hot tub was working. Definitely nice for kiddos.

Honestly, it should be two stars, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of frustrations though, from rooms with mechanical issues that needed to be fixed, to a lack of elevator to the second floor. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating, and I'm grateful for that. But unless you really need to stay in Jackson, I'd look up the road in West Bend instead.

We went out to West Bend for a dog show and decided to stay here, as it is a pet-friendly hotel. Our dog is 20lbs and stayed in her crate the whole time we were in our room. We had no issued with her at all. At checkout time, our receipt from the front desk showed that we had a $0 balance for our stay. When my mom received her credit card statement, a $300 "damages" charge was there. She contacted the hotel and they told her that our small dog had left "big" piles of poop all over the room. Obviously this can't be true because (1) our dog is a 20lb corgi and (2), she was crated throughout our hotel stay, only being let out to potty outside. So after talking to a desk associate at the hotel AND the GM, we are disputing the charge and hoping for the best. I will tell everyone to avoid this hotel and their horrible customer service!

Great room! Breakfast only opens at 7am, but otherwise a wonderful hotel
