I am so pleased with this family company!! I tried to send my cousin flowers for her 68th birthday but it was a bad experience with Azalea Flowers company in Port Alberni sent her a terrible bouquet which should have been thrown out instead of being delivered, I live in Kelowna, BC. I simply did a google search for flower home delivery service and this was the first company in the search results. This company found out about my bad experience and reached out to me offering to send my cousin a proper birthday bouquet and they did exactly that! I just got a call from my cousin, she is so happy and loves the beautiful flowers which were put together with so much thought and caring. Thank you Colyn's Nursery, Thank you Yvonne, you made a bad experience a beautiful experience. We need more companies like you in this world! Very grateful and highly recommend the quality and caring service they provided me in Kelowna!

I have fresh bouquets sent to my Mom sporadically throughout the year. The arrangements are always fresh and beautiful and last a very long time. Delivery is always when I asked for it and the prices are very reasonable. Even though I live a province away, I can always count on you guys to make me look like a rock star daughter :)

Pretty good selection of plants and trees. Some stuff is a little expensive but the plants are healthy 90% of the time.

Do not buy pepper plants from here! I bought 5 pepper plants of various super hot varieties such as the Trinidad scorpion and Bhut Jolokia but what i actually got were the result of retarded random cross pollination. 4 of the plants taste sweet! no heat at all! the other 2 were a bit spicy(my Habaneros and Thais i got elsewhere were way way hotter) and had a skin that was tough and no good for eating. What i believe they have done is tried to raise their own peppers to save money not realizing that peppers easily cross pollinate between species, including ornamental and sweet peppers. I contacted them by phone 3 times and they kept saying i have to talk to john and they would get him to call me back. never did i get a call back so im writing this review. Take a Horticulture course John, You should at least understand plant pollination if u are running a nursery.
