We live in Australia and ordered flowers for family in hospital in Nanaimo. When the particular arrangement we wanted was not available, we received an immediate email from Sandra who helped us choose something just as lovely. She was in contact with us right up until the flowers were delivered. Great service - will use again.

Your flowers were a huge success! My Mom was thrilled with the arrangement and the timing of delivery was equally a huge success! They were delivered during breakfast time at my Mom's senior home.
