I went to Urgent Care 3 1/2 weeks ago, with flu symptoms. I told them that I had NO INSURANCE. I felt pretty crappy of course and they started an I.V. right away...then they decided that I needed a CAT scan (I was not feeling good enough to argue about it)... I spent over 4 hours there, feeling like a slab of meat, most of the time in a room alone listening to irritating beeping of the machines (that no one could bother to come and turn off)... When I got tired of sitting there, I got dressed to leave...was told that I had to wait for the "Doctor"....wound up taking the I.V. needle out of my arm myself... All in all...after telling them that I had NO INSURANCE, I got my $10,307.92 bill in the mail. THAT'S RIGHT!!!! $10,307.92. For the flu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't send your worst enemy to this dump.

My wife gave birth to our second son here. Our stay in the hospital was only 12 hrs but every member of staff there from doctors to the people delivering food to our room was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and kind. I can't say a bad word about our time there.

Insurance tells me to go to Urgent Care for left arm pain, wrist weakness, can't fret my guitar anymore, can't sleep, sends shooting signals all day up my arm. Go to Columbus Care but not willing to do a darn thing. Spent 5 minutes looking at it Says I need to go see a specialist and have surgery to remove it. Leaves room to get my paperwork and never comes back. Remembered to bill me $300 for a BS consult though. Recommended surgery and does nothing to relive what is affecting my daily life. Another Dr. stuck it with a needle, sucked out as much fluid as possible, injected with Cortisone, tightly wrapped for 24hrs and the Cyst is completely gone. Full range of motion, can play my guitar for more than 5 minutes, and it didn't cost me $300 OR SURGERY!!! Fricken insane to suggest surgery over other simple alternatives.. and fricken insane that the Dr literally did nothing for me but still had the heart to charge me. Top notch CCH!

Nobody has ever been a competent doctor here. I'm sick of having to go to other hospitals to find out Columbus did not do their job correctly. I am not a doctor so why do I have to hound them to help me? My daughter has progressively gotten worse, and fast. This isn't my first complaint. I'm just to the point where my daughters life is more important to me than the doctors. Doctors should be caring and want to help not shoe patients out the door

I had the best experience at Columbus Community Hospital. I had a hip placement in October 5, 2015 with Dr. Matt Niesen. He did a great job. Then Oct 26 I fell and broke my femur in 2 places on the same side as my hip replacement and Dr. Niesen did that also. He was great and the RN's, CNA's , Physical Therapy dept also treated me great. This is a great hospital to go too! I was treated with respect by everyone at the hospital.
