Meriter psychiatry website phone number is a one-number-for-all switchboard where you are farmed out to a UW satellite office manned by a surly work-for-pay intern. Classic department-by-department academia communication. They don't know if your call came from within their network or outside of their community- leaving you prey for a drop and startover. Even banks know who referred your call and from where.
You can do better for your friends.
