The previous managers are no longer working the motel. It was a very well run establishment when they did. I have seen many reviews on how poor the upkeep or the motel is now. It's a shame that their hard work was for nothing. And if the stories are true of the condition of the property and the rooms. It does need to be reported to the health department.
We used to stay here at colonial inn all the time while we visited the coon hunters club during their flea market and their coon dog competitions. In the past few years it was a very clean place to call home for a few days, and very friendly manager, Eric Youdes. When we stopped this year we found out that it was under new management. Well in this passed year we stopped the manager showed us a few rooms, and they were very dirty, bed clothes were dirty, there also was a strong smell of bleach where they tried to cover something up. I will never stay here again, this motel needs condemned.
I went there because I was looking for a place to stay long term and boy did I run away. The guy who runs the place was hours late to let us in the room. We waited around for almost three hours for him. When he finally showed up the room had NO HEAT. yes people in ohio in winter it had no heat. He wanted my dog to be walked on a dark trail with no lights. I'm thinking Oh hell no. I'm smart and not doing that. Finally he never told me that the place had a 5 percent fee for credit cards. I'm thinking " you were three hours late, your room has no heat, now there's a fee. Get the bleep out of here
If you like bedbugs and roaches this is the place for you cause you are going to get a lot of each. Bed bugs so bad leaves blood spots on your sheets and roaches just hang out lights on and all like they own the place. If this place, or being homeless are your options, then unless it’s below freezing out choose homeless, as it will be more sanitary
Здравствуйте я Владислав Кузнецов Very disgusting. Enter front door and smell worse than Moscow catacomb. Nobody answer when I rang doorbell and pound on window. About 5 minute later, I decide to walk around property. Still there was no-one around. There was still disgusting smell around property. People were friendly but room had bedbugs I left after 2 days even though I paid for a month they refused any refund or partial refund. Go here at your own risk because there is no compromise
Was unable to get a room because the motel was full but Eric, the manager, seemed to be very nice and willing to do what he can to help us find somewhere to stay.
Rooms are very economical and have everything you need. The owners are truly caring people!

Kelowna in is absolutely disgusting nobody should ever go and pay money to stay in a room there it's horrible disgusting it should be shut down by the health department
