Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Youngstown West, OH

I stayed in the handicapped room for 2 weeks, and I received exceptional service. The staff assisted me in bringing in my luggage when I checked in, and they helped me again when I departed. Everyone who worked there was wonderful, especially the housekeeping department. The room was always beautifully cared for, and I wanted for nothing. If you have mobility difficulties, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Even if you are able-bodied, it's a great place to stay! Pet friendly, too!

Our room was not clean, trash in the room. Arrived late in the evening with two small children, otherwise we would have left. There was mold in the bathroom, the bedroom curtain didn't close all the way because it was broken, there was an old bloodstain on the sheet of one bed. Staff was polite, but the night clerk who said they would comp the room didn't relay the message to day shift. Only redeeming quality was that we got our money back. Update: Corporate reached out to me and has since sent us a voucher for a free night at any Country Inn & Suites, we obviously will not be returning to this location. However it was a kind gesture and appreciated.

We got a large room on a great deal, room very clean, very friendly staff.well stocked breakfast. Only irritation was having to search online for the great deal, difference of more than $20 a night. Would be nice to just call and get the best price...

Everyone is really friendly, the beds and room are clean for the most part, except for the refrigerator and microwave. They are both dirty and the refrigerator has black mold.. I have to give it two stars,because of that and because check in is supposed to be at 3, we got here at 8pm, our room wasn't ready at all, the front desk told us just to wait 15 min. We waited, then went up to our room, ended up having to wait in the hallway another 15 min because it was still being cleaned. It was kind of ridiculous, that our room wasnt ready or cleaned properly 5 hours after the check in time! I'm gonna be here for 5 days, so hopefully things will be better than our first impression. If it does, I'll change my rating.

Very dissatisfied disgusting and unprofessional. Did not have orange juice presented food was cold and poorly prepared. Me and my husband and his 2 minor teenagers where treated very unprofessional. The management team proceeded in threatening to call the police on my AA husband because he complained and they tried to recharge my account in revenge.. very trashy service. And they don't change sheets and the workers and cooks use herion. There is blackage smears on the spoons in the breakfast area. I highly encourage you stay elsewhere then here
