After a year, I have left and found another dentist that can see me before the appointment I attempted to rebook. They don’t have enough staff to provide dental care on a regular basis. Cleanings cannot be scheduled every 4 months and must be every 6. If an appointment needs to be rebooked you are booking in 3 months.
I am thoroughly impressed with the expertise and friendliness I received during my appointments, the staff is excellent and I always got a warm welcoming. Thank you Dr. Gibrayel for the beautiful smile you gave me!
I cannot express my satisfaction with collins bay dental enough. After years of avoiding the dentist because of phobia, i was left with no choice but to deal with my teeth. I went to 4 different dentist before i decided on this place. I am so glad i did. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr Gibrayel is amazing. Trustworthy, caring and extremely supportive. I wish inwould have visited this place decades ago.
Got a call at 3pm the day before my 11am appointment, no voicemail was left and by the time I was able to call back the office was closed so I called right at opening and was told my appointment was given away and I could rebook for a month from now. I like the service here, the dental assistants are kind and knowledgeable and the dentist is thorough but that’s a terrible booking system. This appointment was already a makeup appointment that I had to book months in advance. People work, you shouldn’t give a two hour notice before cancelling an appointment without consent.
Dr. Gibrayel is an exceptional dentist. I’ve been going to him for years, and is always so gentle and accommodating. He’s never rushed the anesthetic procedure, and always does phenomenal work. All that was exemplified this weekend after I had an accident that caused me to break my 2 front teeth. He saw me immediately and stayed after hours to make sure I was treated efficiently and alleviated the anxiety I was feeling over the situation. His work as always is exceptional. My teeth look as good, if not better than they used to. His staff is also quite lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend Collins Bay Dental to anyone looking for dental services in Kingston.
Dr Gibrayel is the best dentist I've had. Twice he's stayed after hours to fix a tooth for me. He is very calming and patient, I never feel rushed or unimportant and he takes his time and is thorough every single time. His staff is also exceptional and have been welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Have always been 100% Happy with my visits.
I am absolutely thrilled with my dental results. I had a full top dentures put in and teeth extracted. It was painless and fast. Before I knew it I had a bright new natural looking smile!!! I highly recommend Dr Gabrayile! He’s amazing! Kind, gentle and thorough. Thank you to his amazing staff too- truly the best !
It is never easy to feel fully comfortable at the dentist. At Collins Bay Dental however, you can always feel good because of the wonderful treatment you get, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the gentle hands that are handling your teeth. I have been to many dental clinics, and I personally ran one in my prime, but Dr. Gibrayel's clinic stands out among all. Everyone is so friendly and so accommodating. The staff members are so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything. Thank you Dr. Gibrayel and staff for your kind treatment.
I had a nasty toothache and because we had just moved to Kingston last year I didn’t have a dentist. I called Collins Bay Dental mainly based on the reviews I saw here. I am so glad I did. If I could Dr. Gibrayel a 10 star rating I would. He stayed late on a Friday night to do a root canal for me which was incredibly kind of him. I had a phone call on Monday morning from his office following up on how I was doing. Incredible service, above and beyond in all respects.
They excel in every single way. Dr. Gibrayel is the best dentist my family and I have had in our entire life. He has been my daughters' dentists since they were 2 and 4 now 6 and 8 and has been excellent, treating them with so much patience. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very professional. Two thumbs up, with smiley face.
