Selection is good considering the location. But when did lining up at a till to purchase become a thing of the past? I'm an introvert, I enjoy quiet time, browsing books for new adventures, and reading books. Do not like being hassled by multiple staff if I'm doing alright, I was until you showed up. I'm an adult, I know how to ask for help. Go to pay, nope, no till employees, you have to find a worker cleverly disguised as a customer to purchase off their cellphone. If you need a receipt, they have to go over to the till to print it out for you.
Incredibly helpful staff. We were looking for help with a guestbook for a funeral and my mom and I were not our best selves. The clerk was very sensitive, helped take us out of the regular line and checkout flow, and got us all sorted.
Honestly, the staff at this Coles location are AMAZING! From being knowledgeable and understanding about what books i was looking for, showing me their picks, and being generally helpful, i love my experience there. I did end up buying a book too while i was there too boot!
Manager rudely harassed my boyfriend over his broken glasses while he was looking at books and knick knacks in the store. Rest of the staff were okay but really pushy and annoying. I almost considered not purchasing anything here today after the comments made though.
Great selection of books and fairly friendly staff. Is usually pretty crowded so if you're an introvert you might have a hard time getting help finding something.
It's okay. Selection is not great, especially since covid. Lots of self help books, not so many other types of books. Staff is mostly helpful.
Nice little bookstore in the Prairie Mall. Good layout and lots to browse and choose from. Not just books but writing and creative things, as well as fun trinkets, fidgets, pens, paper and small games.
I love going into coles for all my books. There is always a great selection and I am able to leave with something for my interest!
They were fast and efficient even though it was very busy they were able to help me find what I was looking for and the cashier was very fast and friendly
Lots of books, new books, old books, kids books, adult books, all kind of books. Never had an issue with the staff they all seem like decent people.
