Coles Bookstore

Small bookstore in Market Mall. They had a small, but decent selection of books. I was looking for First Nations children’s books. They had only three books, but I already had those books. The staff member who helped me told me those books were always selling out quickly, but they were hoping to have a large display for National Indigenous History Month. I can’t wait to go back and see what they bring in.

The religious books section is the worst. Only books on Christianity are available. There are tonnes of scholarly books available on Judaism and Islam, but nothing in store. Very disappointing when the clientele at Market Mall is so diverse. At the minimum there should be a Torah commentary or an English translation and commentary on the Quran.

I went in earlier in the evening and saw something perfect but didn't want to carry it around the mall. Snuck in at the last minute and bought it. There was not one single complaint or concern about the last minute purchase. They greeted us with smiles. I told them my intent was to pick up something I didn't want to carry and they glady said 'no problem'. We were out of there in mere minutes. This made up for the very poor service we had just received at a neighboring business. It saved the night! Thanks Indigo!

Small space, couldn't get my stroller around. Last 2 times i went someone broke something in the store because it's so crowded.

Staff was great help me find the book for my daughter which I would have never found lol

The clerk who served us was very helpful. Even though they have a "scan code" self serve, she came and helped us. Wish I'd gotten her name to thank her personally.

An excellent location. Friendly employees are and willing to recommend you the best book. My fav indigo.

We found what we went into the store for and the prices were reasonable as well. With restrictions being lifted, we can now relax and enjoy leafing through our interesting finds. We all sat on the floor and enjoyed each other's company while investigating what tweaked our interests. There is so much to choose from
