614 Lake - CLV Group

Today I finalized my Mother's account with CLV Group at 614 Lake St, St. Catharines as she is moving to a nursing home. Your team managed by Lucas and on desk, Stephanie, have been awesome from start to finish. They made everything seamless. Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional and helpful with his assistant Stephanie.Thank you all for your help since 2015. The redo of your complex is pleasant an inviting and a safe haven for seniors and their families.

From the time of viewing the apartment/applying/being approved to moving in, I have had a very positive experience with the staff at 614 Lake Street. Stefanie, the customer care coordinator, is very helpful and friendly. The apartment space itself is very nice and the grounds and surrounding location are great!

I lived here for almost two years and had a great experience every time I dealt with staff members. They are friendly and are eager to help. I especially had a great experience with Lucas. There were some complications I had when planning my move that he expertly helped me resolve.

Excellent move in and really well-maintained building. My wife and I are new to the area and moved in November 2017. Branka coordinated everything and made our move in really smooth. It was an easy application process and really appreciated all of her help to ease our transition. Thanks!

The Customer Care Coordinator Branka responded to all of my questions on the unit and the application process promptly and in great detail, both by over the phone and email. After submitting all of the required documents, my application was processed the same day. Overall I am very happy with the customer service that I received. Thanks again Branka!
