Wendy and Bruce Carmichael. We have had the good fortune of meeting and working with Gary and Debbie over the past several months to purchase a home in Cambridge. Our time was mostly spent with Gary who was extremely knowledgeable regarding the seeking and purchasing of a sound and comfortable home. We have the highest regards for him. He worked tirelessly on our behalf, answered our many phone calls and researched potential problems and pitfalls as they presented themselves with homes that we viewed. We were treated respectfully and at no time did we feel we inconvenienced either he or Debbie. Gary and Debbie's practice is to respect the purchaser's decision although they are extremely ethical and strive to help one avoid making a mistake in the final decision making. We highly recommend them as real estate agents. We have purchased many homes over our 35 years of marriage and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. In our lifetime we have never met real estate agents that have been so very forthright and seek to ensure the purchasers are totally satisfied while minimizing the risk of one making a bad decision. We thank them and wish them continued success in their business.

Gary is Phenomenal! My wife and I just bought our first home, and Gary was so patient with us! He constantly provided information every step of the way and I was informed in each stage! As a first time home buyer, I was confused on how buying a house works, and Gary never left me with questions and always took the time to answer any in detail. Not only is he a great real estate agent who helped us buy our dream home, he is genuinely a nice person. I would recommend him to EVERYONE I know, because I know 100% he will take care of my family and friends.

When working with Gary, you get the total package. We have sold and bought 2 houses with Gary and our daughter is working with him now in purchasing her first home. He is hard working, knowledgeable, patient and most of all......HONEST! I recommend anyone buying or selling their home to put your trust in Gary. You will not be disappointed
