With market conditions and influences changing seemingly by the day we were a little nervous about what our selling experience would look like. And when offers started coming in on the first day! his experience and advice helped us pass on multiple offers with confidence in order to wait for our best price. At the end of the process, the final price we got blew away even our most optimistic expectations.
