Love their ice cream. Most employees will hook it up if they accidentally get too much ice cream for your order, and I've never had a bad/negative experience from ANY employee at all.

Timing was perfect and the order was spot on. What didn't work was the composition of the cake and ice cream itself. The picture shows two layers of chocolate cake and uses the plural form "layers" to describe what you're ordering. What you get is essentially one thin pancake of cake at bottom and an inconsistent layer in the middle. One piece we cut had no middle layer of chocolate at all. The cake, now half-eaten and in the freezer, has no chocolate cake-layer in the very middle...only the sides. The kids called it out as a bad deal! Since we"e paying a premium price, we expect a premium product.

Good ice cream. Never really waited long here. Staff is mostly male and aren't the most friendly but still treat you nice. The prices are steep but can be expected.

Depending on when you go to Cold Stone they can be busy. But great ice cream and nice employees.
