I worked their breifly, and I had never like cheesecake before. But When I was working their I mixed the batter, prepping it for the owner. And she would have me taste it so its perfect and i fell in love with cheesecake and she has great options of flavors, she does custom cakes, many sizes, weddings, and other desserts too..   Ever Try the Idita Pop?

My first time there I was picking up a Valentine's day gift for my wife. Now for every special occasion my wife asks me to to get some more of these Cheesecakes​. Definitely one of the best in Alaska!

My husband and I visited this place and the owner herself was the one who helped us. She was polite,  helpful and friendly. Plus the cheesecake was awesome!! Highly recommend Alaska Cheesecake Co!
