Beautiful afternoon enjoying Canal Park on our way up the North Shore. What could beat that? Answer: doing all that while eating hand mixed ice cream! Duh? The gal behind the counter was all by herself and she was working people's orders like a rock star! Overall Fantastic Experience! What are you waiting for? It's ice cream.....just get it already. 😃

I've been here twice. The first time was a lovely experience. But the last time was not. I will not ever be going back. The girl who served us overcharged me 13 dollars. I paid $40 dollars instead of $27. I checked my bank statement and called back the next day. Apparently she had claimed that I gave her a 13 dollar tip when I actually didn't even see my receipt at all. When I went in to get my refund, I wasn't given my old receipt or a copy of it back. I wasn't told what had happened with anything at all. Instead the store manager said he could give me back the equivalent in ice cream or I could go back in for a refund in cash. If I paid with my card, why would I have to go back to get cash? When I went back in for the refund, they refunded me for a pie. Saying that was the only way they could refund me. AGAIN, I was still not shown my old receipt or told what had happened other than how the worker had claimed I tipped her $13 for ice cream. That's a tip more than half of what I even bought in the first place. When I received the refund and was disappointed, I asked for the district manager's name and number. To which the manager "did not know". Then I asked the manager at the time to ask their store manager for the district manager's number. To which, she could "not get a hold of at the moment." Obviously they were trying to cover up that the worker had stolen from me. It's petty, a mere $13 dollars, but it was handled completely unprofessionally.

Loved my Founder's Special! It was delicious. The line was long but the service was fast, polite, and competent! We're repeat goers and if they keep it up always will be! Thank you Cold Stone Creamery!

wanted some ice cream on a tuesday in october and they're only open on the weekends....and they leave the tables and chairs out making it look like it might be open!!.... very upset i think I'll just stick with DQ!
