I have been going to this cold stone for years without an issue, but recently the employees are mixing the ingredients and then they add more unmixed ice cream at the end. After 2 times of this happening I commented on this being poor service and the employee working got rude with me by slamming down my ice cream after remixing it and trying to reject a valid coupon. I hope they change their attitude because this situation, definitely is making me rethink returning to this location.

Absolutely incredible ice cream, at a cost. Great for special occasions but very expensive

Good ice cream, but very overpriced for what you get. More of a "I've been there" kind of place. If you've never had ice cream that's been slammed against a marble slab, go for it, otherwise, unless you have a disposable income, it's not a must-do.
