It smells amazing in there. Many varieties of flavors in their ice cream section with a wide range of toppings to choose from . Tried French vanilla flavor with brownie topping and took small portions size it was enough for one person. Wow ! The texture of the ice cream was dense and sweetness well balanced and their Waffle cone stays crispy for quite some time.
Considering this Cold Stone also has a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside it as well, makes this a dangerous and very tempting location for a sugar overload coma. They would not honor my punch card, which was a little disappointing. As referenced in other posts, the ice cream is on the expensive side, so every little bit helps to keep me coming back, but it is also _really_ good.
Their ice cream is so very creamy. We had the cake batter and cookie dough. They have different sizes and a lot of amazing toppings to go along with your ice cream. They have a big variety of caramelized apples as well as other chocolates.
Amazing, 100% amazing! I really enjoy going here to get a custom quart of ice cream made on the signature Cold Stone. I highly recommend this store. The staff are friendly and professional and the ice cream is to perfection. I want to shoutout to the worker Ray Rei? because she mixes the custom quarts perfectly and represents the best of us with her polite conversation, great customer service, and quality service. Keep up the good work!
Ice cream was fine. Leaving 1 star cause apparently this location doesn’t offer bathrooms to patrons. I asked if they had a restroom my 4 year old son could use. I was told, quite condescendingly, the signs were blocking off the restrooms for a reason. I was also told they never offer restrooms to patrons. I’ve never been to a cold stone like this. I won’t be going back with my family.
My only complaint is that I don't live closer to this location. The owner is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. And the rest of the staff are just as phenomenal
Today I had vanilla and pistachio with KitKat toppings but for some reason pistachio is not really good. I think there might be a lot of artificial flavoring in it. I didn't like it. I went and told them about my concern, they immediately took that into consideration and have me a new Ice-cream. This time I didn't wanna take any risk so I went with Vanilla Ice cream. That's my experience with Cold Stone Creamery at Aksarben.
I had a great experience placing a custom cake order with ray , great customer service and explained everything. I appreciate it !
Good options for add ins to your icecream but the last 2 times I went, my waffle cone was stale. However their caramel apples are fantastic
I got out of class late and wasn't gonna be there til 855. Not wanting to be rude in case they had started to close, I called at 845 and asked if I could pick up an ice cream at 855. The employee was really understanding and said okay, let him know the order, and I could come in and grab it when I got there. Nice employee and super helpful! Would definitely go back.
