Bruegger's Bagels

Terrible service. Three women making bagels couldn’t get it together and got mine, and everyone else’s order wrong. They gave sandwiches to wrong people, put stuff on the wrong bagels, and kept forgetting what we ordered during the sandwich assembly. The sandwich itself was okay, but the everything bagel had too much onion taste. They also only had one coffee jug out, the other 5 were back in the kitchen brewing more coffee, but it was a solid 15-20 minutes before they ever arrived. I was forced to have their dark roast which was awful. I also think they overcharged me, but I was just too done and didn’t want to go talk to any of the staff any longer. I felt assured it wouldn’t go smoothly.

Great bagels I got the pastrami and egg sandwich it was really good. The fountain coke here is great too!

If you’re looking for mediocre bagels and a 20 minute wait (always), this is the place for you. The parking lot is always a cluster, the employees often times argue/fight, and disorganization behind the counter is their specialty. Unfortunately, for bagels, Omaha has limited options, and Brueggers know it.

The food was ok but the coffee was burnt and stale at 10am. In the 15 minutes we were there, two separate customers received wrong orders and things had to be remade. We also were overcharged for our order but I didn’t realize until we got to our table.
