The Ice Cream and Cakes are Excellent. However, the service not so. I called six times - no one answered the phone. I ordered a cake and pint of ice cream on-line. The prices on-line are wrong. I ordered a birthday cake that was supposed to be $26.99 and the pint $6.99. The actual price when I picked up was $29.99 and $7.99. They did not care the website was wrong and fully charged me while I stuck to the floor. Very unclean atmosphere.

Worst. Cold Stone. Ever. [insert picture of the Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons] I have lived in the area for a little over a year. It is more often than not they are out of ice cream and/or toppings. One time out of all the visits did I get what I wanted. The management needs to learn how to do projections. The staff are okay, but clearly don't care. They all act like it is okay to be out of stock. Granted it is likely due to getting yelled at all the time. I am looking forward to their going out of business. The good news is if they do they won't be sitting on a ton of inventory. Perhaps we can get an ice cream shop that actually stocks ice cream.

This is a small counter as a combination with Tim Horton's. The staff were nice and were doing their best but there was a very limited selection of ice cream flavors despite the menu having more options. Maybe in a busier season it is better stocked but it was disappointing to walk up and see the counter mostly empty. If I didn't have my kids with me I probably would have left.

This place is awful. Ice cream cooler is broken, the milkshake machine is broken, the gift card machine is broken, and they are out of about 20% of their ice cream flavors. The employees are completely un-apathetic and appear to be in sheer misery as they take your order. This isn't what I would expect out of a Cold Stone.

Bad customer service. Limited selection on flavors but still advertise for things they don't have. Cooler still isn't fixed or replced and last I heard it was out of order a long time ago, so icecream was pretty melted when we got it.
