Cold Stone Creamery

Walked in 9-27-17 asked for a regular menu item in a waffle bowl that was advertised on the billboard. The red haired young man said they didn't have waffle bowls and if they did they would be in the case. I guess I was supposed to know this. I then left did not place a order and told him he was extremely rude. With headset on he either didn't hear or didn't care. I wonder what kind of training these employees receive when a simple menu item is ordered and such a sarcastic response is given. I will not be back

We came for the Tim Bits. They always rock. We can take or leave the coffee. My panini wasn't anything to write home about, but my wife's pretzel bacon grilled sandwich was awesome. We didn't have ice cream, but we love the flavor this brand delivers.

Great ice cream, a bit expensive but so creamy and tasty. Have had great, polite service, even after rude customers were in front of me. Though the selection is limited, there are mix-up like chocolate brownie chunks or M&M's, even gummy candies and so on to make your own ice cream creation. A very tasty treat for summer.

My husband and I stopped here, waited 10 min before being acknowledged (our first mistake....Waiting that long). Then when the girl finally said I will be right with you she finished her task and then called a different woman up to the Tim Hortons counter and that woman arrived waaaay after us. If you can't have someone at the cold stone counter at all times then don't have the creamer open. Very disappointed, will never go back.

We have the rudest girl wait on us. Acted like it was torture to mix one ingredient in our ice cream. And her being rude made it even worse. So don't go there if Summer is .working! !! We wont!! 1/ 20/ 2016
