My first time here. Great service and the breakfast sandwiches are excellent! fresh and tasty, same as the coffee, also the price is very fair. Definitely be my regular spot from nowFood: 5/5

Came here during school lunch break with some friends. We aren’t your typical high schoolers at a spot who yell and leave a mess. We were looking for a low-key spot where a few of us could buy food and the others who brought their own could sit. 4 out of the 6 of us buy some food/drink, and for the two of us who didn’t, the owner made sure to personally come over and aggressively scold for eating our own food.  The establishment is riddled with anti-loitering signs. Strictly telling you that you can’t sit any longer than 30 minutes at a table, even if you are a paying customer. If you are a cafe, isn’t the point to create a positive atmosphere for people to relax in and socialize in? A 30 minute time limit is ridiculous.  Anyway. As I was leaving the store and tucking in a few chairs, i assume the owner of the store comes over and tells me to tuck the chairs in. There was not a hint of kindness in his word; you would think he was talking to a dog or something. I then reply that I am doing him a favour already by tucking in the chairs, and his response was lovely! he cussed me out. lol.  Anyways. All of the five star reviews for this place are very likely fake. You can tell based off of the ratio of 5 star reviews to 1 star reviews. There are essentially no 4, 3, or 2 star reviews, which is incredibly unnatural.  Astroturfing aside, I have never once had a negative interaction with a restaurant/cafe until today. I am not one to argue with staff at all. But this owner is genuinely a piece of garbage. Not sure what he’s going through to hate his life so much that he has to take it out on customers, but I digress. I won’t be returning. The coffee isn’t great and the atmosphere is outright aggressive. It’s a dying coffee chain store, devoid of any personality or charm. If you want my recommendations, Covernotes is good if you want artisan coffee that isn’t the fast-food coffee served at McDonalds or Tim Hortons. Hell, even a McDonald’s employee wouldn’t cuss you out over a chair. Either way, this store does nothing good. Spend your lonely somewhere else. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

I really like this coffee time. They have everything you need for breakfast and lunch and it’s always fresh. I try to come here as much as I can to support them. It’s close to my work. I don’t know what it is about coffee time coffee but it’s soo good and so many coffee times have shut down. Glad this one is still around

Horrible rude people at this location , I'm 65 and after driving an hour wanted to grab a coffee and use their washroom , they could tell I was struggling to hold it and they outright refused me in front of the entire place , Not kind people I sympathize with the teenagers who were treated badly at this place

Rude people. Walked in to use the washroom, so I was going to buy something because I don't like using the washroom without buying something.  Owners were reluctant to let me use the washroom.  Then after using it, I bought something small but the owners were giving me attitude as if I had to buy something larger or something.  The guy was complete jerk.  He looks down on younger people.

Great location, such a cozy coffee shop. If you get a chance to stop by in this plaza for any reason, give this place a try...you'll see for yourself why it's totally worth it. You'll also get a nice view of one of the hottest intersections in Richmond Hill too...bayview x major mak.The staff owners are amazing kind people who always smile and basically take care of customers like family members. A few weeks ago, my wife forgot her purse at this place with basically everything in it...and guess what, she went back the next day and these people handed her the whole thing intact with big smile. In all honesty five star is not even anywhere close to what this place truly deserves.

Today was a breakfast with family and we enjoyed, very nice people, I will go again

Great coffee but they seem highly stressed and unfriendly. Maybe its this one day but I doubt it. I don’t think I’m stopping there again.

I’ve been his coustomer for long time .the guys owner is very friendly,very good service and nice food.
